There are many methods online to obtain a ring size, including using dental floss, string, or even printouts, these unfortunately have proven to be wrong in my experience more often than not.

Quick tips***
Since your fingers can fluctuate in size during the day (sometimes up to a full size) I recommend trying out the sizer at different times of the day, typically for an hour at a time. If you can find a size that feels comfortable, some may even cut off the excess of the sizer and wear it for a full day. This will provide the most accurate size. This ring sizer is approximately 5mm in width, If you are using this sizer to obtain a size for a very narrow band (around 2-3mm width) I recommend taking a 1/2 size off of the size indicated. If you are using the sizer to obtain size for a comfort fit band from 4-8mm, the size indicated is your true size. Carefully read the instructions on the package to make sure the sizer is being read correctly
